If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from xinyuanjia.store, we offer a hassle-free return policy for all women’s fashion products, including Black & White Tops, Jackets, Pants, and Shirts & Blouses.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

All women’s clothing items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@xinyuanjia.store to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will begin the refund process.

1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for returned items that are:

  • Not in original condition
  • Damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Missing original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style from our women’s collections, including Black & White Tops, Jackets, Pants, or Shirts & Blouses, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@xinyuanjia.store with photos of the issue.
